In the first part of this episode we discuss the many benefits of spices and herbs and the ways they can be used. Although we mention others, we focus specifically on four: ginger, cinnamon, rosemary and lemon balm. We talk about how using herbs and spices has helped us to keep our diets interesting and varied since we became vegetarians.
In part two, Vickie takes on the issue of keeping motivated to exercise. She discusses the importance of introducing variety into your workout routine by using techniques such as interval training, using different (and sometimes non-traditional) equipment, using workout apps, and attending classes.
