Adopt Don’t Shop for Your Next Pet!
Six days after the passing of our beloved dog, Molly, we decided to get some “puppy therapy” at a local shelter. We thought it would make us feel better. It did, and we ended up bringing home the new light of our lives, our retriever mix, Cosmo Kramer. We like to say that we rescued each other.
In this episode of our podcast, in honor of our rescue family (Cosmo, our 3 cats, plus Molly and Chrissie who came before), we discuss the benefits of adopting over shopping. We also share some tips for adopting your next pet and integrating him or her into your household.
