- The difference between being a W2 and a 1099 - from a worker’s perspective and from the business perspective
- What foundations you need to apply that knowledge
- And why it’s important that you know the difference
For a lot of people, it’s about being unclear about who they are, what they want, and why they want it, and for others, the struggle is that they’ve made a choice, but don’t know how to change their choice. They double down on something that’s NOT working because they think they can’t change their minds - so today, I’m sending reminders and opening your eyes to new ways to consider what's right for you.
