The Port City Plate Podcast presented by Bienville Bites Food Tour. The Port City Plate is a podcast featuring the food, history, and people of Mobile, Alabama. Chef Wade Price is the chef/owner at Mobile's first ramen shop, Slurp Society! 

Slurp Society opened in November 2022 and has become the talk of Mobile's food scene since its opening. Wade has been chasing a ramen shop since he was in culinary school and you'll hear how his first ramen shop almost ended up on the Eastern Shore.  
Chef Wade is one the most creative chefs in town and you're going to love hearing about where that creativity comes from and how he has put that creativity on full display at Slurp Society!
