The guys are in Ohio for the 2018 Arnold Classic and are joined by Ella Kociuba. Ella is an authro and was at one time one of the best obstacle racers in the world competing in Spartan, Tough Mudder, and Death Races. She has also overcome tremendous obstacles from breaking her back at age 12 to dealing with eating disorders while competing as a professional on the obstacle race circuit. She has an incredible story that is both motivational and empowering and she shares some of that on the podcast. The group also discusses the state of the fitness industry currently, the rise of social media, empowering people, and Ella's passion for artwork.
