While anyone in the manufacturing industry will tell you that there’s not a “secret sauce” to recruiting and retaining the next generation of talent, there are a couple of factors that really stand out to MIT Researcher, Ben Armstrong. On this final season 1 episode of Workforce 4.0, Ann sits down to talk to Ben about the numerous case studies that he’s conducted with mostly Small and Medium Size businesses. Spoiler alert, most of his finding support that wages and skills are equal contributing factors to the success of the future manufacturing workforce and that robots really aren’t taking our jobs.
