About 700,000 steamers were sold in the US with an additional 8,000 in Canada at major retailers including The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, Target, HSN, and QVC as well as online via Amazon and the company’s own website from November 2018 through March 2026.
You should stop using these steamers immediately and contact Wagner at 1-800-962-6118 or via email at [email protected] for a free repair kit. The kit includes a hose sleeve, nozzle cover, and funnel designed to reduce the burn risk.
