As infants/children, we learn how to treat ourselves and others. As we get older, we learn self-esteem as well as insecurities from our environments.
In Episode 7, the WAGNN Team discusses self-love and how it relates to relationships. We take a look to see how self-love or the lack thereof is applicable within our relationships.
WAGNN asks the following challenging questions: Does how we feel about ourselves manifests in our relationships? What causes a person to stay in a toxic relationship? Are our partners a reflection of who we are? Can the need for love from others and the fear of a failed relationship compel us to stay? These questions are asked to inform the masses about their options. Knowing when to throw in the towel is difficult for some to recognize or accept.
Communication with your partner provides a level of understanding that can create a stronger bond or help you decide what your next move should be. WAGNN also discusses being "single" while in a marriage or a committed relationship. Opposites attract, yet you don't want the attraction to the wrong person. Self-love creates boundaries to alleviate heartache and pain.
WAGNN provides resolutions, commentary surrounding this topic to help ease heartbreak, pain, or grief within your relationship. Love can conquer all if true love is in the midst of your relationship.
