This week's episode of the Downtown Lowdown has an exciting announcement! Tipp City’s beloved book store Browse Awhile is about to celebrate 35 years of being in business! This calls for an epic celebration!
What is the Story Behind Browse Awhile Books?
Browse Awhile first sparked into creation by selling used and rare books to collectors since 1980 through their original retail store, in Sidney Ohio, 1980, and now in the Tipp City location since 1990. Have you had troubles trying to find a very specific book that you’ve almost given up on? You don’t have to fret any longer! With approximately 150,000 books you’re sure to find whatever book you can dream up! If you are looking for a book that somehow isn't available inside the neverending store then feel free to ask Amanda Carl, the dedicated manager for nineteen years. She practically has the entire inventory memorized!

Maybe you don’t find blind dates with another person all that intriguing but, how about a blind date with a book? At Browse Awhile you can purchase a grab bag full of mystery books that maybe you wouldn’t typically take a second glance at but could end up being your next late night obsession.
