Sometimes it can be difficult when you feel like you're the only one who feels the way you do. Do you speak up when when you disagree or do you keep your mouth shut?  What happens when you feel like you can't do either one.  That's how I've been feeling lately so now I try to figure out why and explain myself a bit.
