1 Samuel 3:2-6 NLT 

"One night Eli, who was almost blind by now, had gone to bed. The lamp of God had not yet gone out, and Samuel was sleeping in the Tabernacle near the Ark of God. Suddenly the Lord called out, "Samuel!" "Yes?" Samuel replied. "What is it?" He got up and ran to Eli. "Here I am. Did you call me?" "I didn't call you," Eli replied. "Go back to bed." So he did. Then the Lord called out again, "Samuel!" Again Samuel got up and went to Eli. "Here I am. Did you call me?" "I didn't call you, my son," Eli said. "Go back to bed.""

Sometimes things in our lives act as interference so that we don't hear God clearly. 

Some of us need to move things around in our lives so that we can hear God more clearly. Like the old TV antennas, we need to get in position to make a clear connection. 

"And the Lord came and called as before, "Samuel! Samuel!" And Samuel replied, "Speak, your servant is listening.""

1) God is speaking even when you don't realize it.

Some of you are waiting on clarity, but God is waiting on a response. 

1 Corinthians 13:12 NLT

"Now we see things imperfectly, like puzzling reflections in a mirror, but then we will see everything with perfect clarity. All that I know now is partial and incomplete, but then I will know everything completely, just as God now knows me completely."

God never promised us a full blueprint, but He did promise His presence, His voice, His guidance,

Clarity doesn't come before obedience. It comes because of obedience. 

2) God is growing you in what feels small.

Your current assignment is not beneath you it is preparing you. 

If you can't be faithful when nobody sees you, or thanks you, or notices you, you will not be ready when everybody does see you. 

3) God will establish you when the time is right.
