In this episode, we welcome Dr. Orlena to the show.  She's a former pediatrician in the UK now residing in Spain and we take the opportunity with our first international guest to compare and contrast healthcare in the United Kingdom versus the United States. 

She discusses at length the training of being a doctor in the UK as well as treating under Universal Healthcare and how she coexisted with nurse practitioners (spoiler alert.. she coexisted quite well)
