TQ Senkungu is an immigrant from Uganda to the United States who has been blessed to achieve success without being born with a silver spoon in his mouth. Here you will see the personification of his philosophy for how people of color can build a powerful community to overcome obstacles, achieve their goals, and succeed beyond our wildest dreams against all the odds. The philosophy is this: 1. Learn or teach yourself what you need to achieve your goals and dreams. 2. Teach and help others do the same. 3. Publicize the success stories. 4. Ignore the haters. This show is the fulfillment of that philosophy. In long form interviews, he showcases other people of color who have succeeded in various fields and professions. You will get to look inside the lives of men and women from fields including lawyers, professional athletes and coaches, doctors, nonprofit executives, real estate, investment banking, military members, bodybuilders, educators, entrepreneurs and so much more. Often the only person of color in the room, he became a National Merit Scholar and top graduate class in high school, distinguished graduate from the Management Major at the US Air Force Academy and Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society member as an MBA graduate from the University of Southern California Business School.
