Another Knives Out movie. Rian Johnson brings back Daniel Craig as Benoit Blanc for another whodunit. Josh O’Connor is incredible as Father Jud, and Josh Brolin is great as Monsignor Wicks. It’s different in style from the other Knives Out movies, but it still brings some of the same flair that made the others so enjoyable. 1/2 oz simple syrup
1/4 oz Strega
1/4 oz apple brandy
1 egg white
1 dash saline
“the Monsignor wake up”
2 oz the Kraken gold spiced rum
2 oz Captain Morgan’s pineapple rum
2 oz Coquerel Calvados Apple Brandy
1 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Orange juice
1 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Guava Purée infused syrup
.5 oz Blood Orange bitters
Shaken and poured of ice
Topped with .5 oz Rum Fire over proof Rum and 1 oz Bourbon Bada Bing Cherry juice and 2 cherries
