Life was just moving along for Anna, until on the 16th of November 2020, her life changed forever.  

Finding out that her only son was dead.  

Receiving a message at 5am in my message box I was at her side before the end of the day.  No parent should ever outlive their own child, let alone a 26 year old gorgeous boy, named Tyler, a boy I had known since he was just five years old.  

How can parents, sisters, family or friends get through something like this?  

They will of course never get over it, but I talk to Anna in this podcast about some of the tools she is using to help her on a day to day basis, and some of the things that you can do to help someone you may know going through something as tragic as this.  

I am truly grateful to Anna for having the courage to speak about this very tender and emotional subject, I know that it could not have been easy.  I love you.
