Here’s why: it’s the first test of the day.. are you mentally strong enough to wake up to your first alarm or are you mentally weak in that moment and hit snooze? If you have problems with procrastinating, this will help you take action right away. Remember, habits are easy to continue once they have been done so many times. Create the habit of waking up to your 1st alarm and watch as your life begins to change. You will start things right away, you will procrastinate a lot less!
