Dr. Chris Sullens was our guest on Wake Up Tri-Counties on Tuesday, March 21st, 2023. Dr. Sullens spoke about a number of topics but up first was comments regarding the hiring of Matt Taylor as the new Kewanee Football Head Coach. Dr. Sullens then discussed work on the new Kewanee Fieldhouse which is set to be called the Cernovich Fieldhouse after the school board accepted a bid for naming rights for the Fieldhouse on Monday night. Dr. Sullens also spoke about students who achieved great things in state competition, highlighting Mya Mirocha who may be the first Kewanee athlete to have qualified for State competition in two sports, bowling and golf.
