The staff at OSF St. Luke Medical Center's Swing Bed program, the final step before a patient goes back home following a serious illness or surgery, has worked incredibly hard on what the call Fall Prevention. In fact, it's been more than a year since a patient in Lisa Garcia's program has fallen, a record that Lisa, along with Samantha Rux, came to WKEI and Wake Up Tri-Counties to celebrate. Well done Swing Bed crew on keeping patients safe from falls and helping get people back to their homes.
