We started a conversation today about something that can be quite profound. Have you ever been overwhelmed with your thoughts? I know that's a silly question because we probably do it more often than not! Tiffany's experience explains the happenings of an overloaded mind. 🤯

So, we heard a term that has two words for it and apparently there was a significant difference between the two. ✌🏼 But what we found was that this was a perspective that certain people had and were triggered by. 😬
