Due to Josie's condition of narcolepsy, she is confined to her home and must be watched over by the family dog, and her half-sister Samantha, who seems to take delight in posing her unconscious sibling in odd poses the second she passes out. To say the two have a very weird relationship is an understatement.... Or do they? Because since the film is viewed through Josie's perspective, we're never really sure what events are real, and what are products of her unconscious mind and vivid imagination. Is this happening?
