I woke up at 3:30 am yesterday morning, remembering that I forgot to write my e-newsletter for that day. I completely forgot about it when making my to-do list for Tuesday.
My subconscious wanted to let me know early Wednesday morning that I had something important to do before my 7:15 am meeting. 🤨 And I couldn’t go back to sleep.
