I'd like to take some of the mystery and stigma out of spiritual awakening or waking up.  It's a shift in consciousness, an opening or change of heart, a new perspective and a reconnection with higher-self or source.  Some of us put great effort into it and others get abruptly awakened as I did. It's most likely a matter of how much your soul is suffering or how much your ego is leading you around. The thing is....no one is exempt or left out. While waking up doesn't make us special, it does make us grateful. 

Wake up with me as I share and discuss this awakening with no holds barred. While transformation is beautiful, let's face it, it can be the hardest thing we'll ever do.
