Yuletide, is a special time of year for billions around the world as Christmas is celebrated in the middle of Yule.

As we release this episode at the start of Yule, we'd like to remind you of ceremonies long forgotten with this twisted tale by H.P. Lovecraft. There are no symbols of Pagan tradition in this episode. Customs carried on for centuries by Pagans that are repeated today like the use of the  Yule tree, bells, and pants like holly or mistletoe.

Instead, Lovecraft imagines traditions in this short story that are aeons older. Traditions involving a family lineage that beckons each generation to join in the dark customs of their forefathers as they read from Olaus Wormius' Latin translation of the mad Arab Abdul Alhazred's dreaded Necronomicon. The rituals worm deep into the bowels of the earth...and the mind.

Imagine a sprawling cemetery overgrown with foliage and graves split asunder by tree roots. Vaults are busted open and gravestones jut out in every direction due to nature pushing up from below.

And among this scene, a figure lurks. Those that see it are drained until the brink of death in their own homes. Then, one of the victims has the telltale mark of the vampire - two bite marks on her neck.

To solve the problem, a vampire exorcist attempts to rid the cemetery of the vampire. So too does a necromancer and their paths collide in a very public fashion.

This episode has vampire exorcisms, stakes through the heart, and even a victim turned vampire...and this was only about 50 years ago.

This bonus content is about a famous vampire case, the case of Arnold Paole, and the resulting exhumation of dozens of purported vampire graves, of which thirteen are described in detail.

The primary piece of this episode is a signed testimony, Visum et Repertum (Seen and Discovered), drafted military medical doctors sent by the Austrian government to remark upon the vampire plague and the state of the exhumed. What is exceptionally interesting is the condition of some of the vampire bodies after lying in the ground for several months.

The evidence in this episode is one of the most oft cited pieces of evidence from the days of Magia Posthuma and it will round out your knowledge of The Vampire nicely.

Vampires have always had a dark allure for me. I simply love the topic through and through and I wanted to shed some light on their dark world.

In this first episode, we focus on historical vampires. You will learn about some vampire depictions going back as long as humanity has had written records.

We then move forward through to the 18th century where a vampire craze overtook Central Europe. The fear of vampires and actions taken to combat them was so pronounced that this period in time has been given a name: Magia Posthuma, or roughly translated, Posthumous Magic.

In this episode, we look into some of the pre-eminent cases of the Magia Posthuma era. Famous cases such as Jure Grando, Arnold Paole, and of course, Peter Plogojoviz demonstrate that vampires of the golden age were more than blood drinkers - they drained the life force of their victims.

Finally, we feature a case file from Gerard Croiset, the Scrying Dutchman, who is likely the most documented, and prolific, psychic detective. This case is one where Croiset worked with the FBI on a high-profile case that rocked the United States in the mid-1960s: The Mississippi Burning Murders.

Following up on the beginning of our paranormal journey into psychic detectives, we were stoked for this second episode as we begin to explore modern cases that were solved by psychics.

We begin the enigma that was Arthur Price Roberts. He was a clairvoyant who worked on cased and solved them with uncanny accuracy for over 50 years. He called for the information from his subconscious mind and it was usually delivered. He found bodies and missing persons with ease. He was even able to see the future, and his predictions about the Mad Bomber of Milwaukee were well documented - weeks before the first explosion!

Then we look into the Chicago Seeress, Irene Hughes. Blessed with second sight from a very young age, she worked on over 2000 cases with the police during her lifetime. She also had visions about the Kennedy family tragedies, an incident regarding NASA, and so much more.
