Based on the blog, She died while reading her Bible to her 7 -month old daughter…, guest, Ariel Montgomery shares her journey on her personal walk through grief. Ariel touches on the difficulty of grief, the fight to not remain in grief, and lessons she's learned over the past 2 and half years since the loss of her brother. She also encourages listeners to: 

1. Fight the urge of looking at people to be seen and known (to be fully seen and known can only be found through God).
2. Seek counseling. 
3. Fight the urge to isolate (stay in the community).
4. Make a decision in the midst of all the voices that encourage you to doubt and walk away from God that you will not blame God in the unknown and commit to that decision as the bedrock of your life.
