A bit of a different one today. I wanted to explroe something that’s been on my mind, but not be glued to my desk (with my fancy microphone). So if you’re listening to this one, you’re on a walk with me.
One of the things I pretty much always invite guys to do is to feel what’s happening in their bodies. The sensations that are happening in our bodies are pretty much always telling us something. How much access do we have to them?
We’re not talking about emotions just yet—just the sensations in the body (e.g. tightness in my stomach, warmth on my face).
What do you notice when you listen to this one? What happens for you when you hear the invitation to feel?
I’d love to learn what’s happening for you.
