Walking in a worthy manner of our calling uses a great metaphor: walking. Walking is making progress in a certain direction. Walking is a figurative way of talking about behaving. But good behavior in the Christian life is prompted by who we are in God eyes. It is because of our status and not to gain our status. That means the walk is a joyous one helped by God .
