Here I share with you my hardest battle...depression and severe anxiety. My challenge for this month was to find joy amongst all the uncertainty and over come my thoughts of lack of self worth, skills and parenting. This is solely meant to encourage others in their darkness and bringing yourself to be the light at the tunnel with head held high. Enjoy 😉
