When you are out of shape. Don't attempt to go into the mountains to hunt in the steep areas! In this episode Boots is recovering and telling Alexa how big the country is the mountain range nearby. The Blue Mountains in Eastern Oregon kind of look like hills in the distance, but even the foothills of the Blues has some very steep grounds. Boots will tell Alexa how sore he is. Also how much whitetail deer he's seen which is kind of surprising. Since 2018 the local whitetails have been dealing with their own sickness that was wiping them out called the Blue Tongue disease. It looks like the whitetails are returning which is a good thing for the Eastern Oregon ecosystem. Alexa is still is not willing to go back to the great outdoors unless there's designated trails on the hillsides/mountainsides. Listen  n and leave with some positive vibes.
