Walking in the Spirit is not as complicated as some people make it out to be.  The Christian life, while indeed impossible if lived according to one's own strength, is nevertheless quite simple according to Jesus.  This teaching elaborates on two simple aspects of walking in the Spirit that everyone can do, and, in fact, should be pursuing every day in order to experience a victorious Christian life.
