Sounds simple, right? But here’s where it gets complicated… what happens when your truth collides with someone else’s? Have you ever felt defensive when someone presents a truth that doesn’t align with yours? Why does it feel safer to believe there’s only one truth?

This episode isn’t about universal truths—we’re talking about your truth. The one that shifts as you grow, the one shaped by your life’s experiences. The challenge? Learning to stand firm in your truth without forcing it onto others. Learning that acceptance doesn’t mean agreement and that detachment doesn’t mean indifference but means peace.

✨ Acceptance – Can you accept that multiple truths exist without feeling the need to prove yours?

✨ Expectation – Are you expecting your truth to be the only truth that’s valid?

✨ Detachment – Can you release the need to control how others perceive your truth?

The more you try to force your truth, the heavier it becomes. But when you own it, without needing validation, then, it becomes liberation.
