This week we're following Moses as he encounters a burning bush. Moses fled Egypt when he was about 40 years old... Moses eventually lands in Midian where he settles down as son-in-law to a priest named Jethro, he was married and had two sons and he began a new career as a shepherd… this lasted another 40 years. By the time Moses met that burning bush he must have been about 80 years old. At this point Moses had spent half of his life as a prince and half of his life as a shepherd. What a contrast!
