We often use the language of "walking" or "journey" when talking about Christian life. Today's special guest is Dan Steuer, a PTA and host of the podcast Finish Last. As therapists, Dan and JD nerd out on walking, and look at several passages of Scripture which use that language. We consider the importance of walking and movement to physical health and spiritual health; humans are not meant to be physically or spiritually sedentary creatures. And Dan helps point us toward the one who trains our steps and our gait by his perfect example - Jesus Christ.
