a mildly shakey video of the pavement of an alley. I am filming my feet, and a gentle flow of water running downhill. the water creeps its way through the ridges of the concrete, and is slowed by patches of grass and debris. I pick my way down alongside it, with wobbly, pigeon toed steps in green rubber boots. eventually, the water finds its way to a storm drain, and pools briefly in the cracked pavement and earth around it, before finally dripping down.

the sound in the video is various birdsongs throughout, with occassional hammering, the roar of an aeroplane, and finally, the dripping of the water landing inside the storm drain.
