Farah Ramos is a Filipino modeling veteran turned entrepreneur. She launched Farah Models in 2017 and grew it into “a powerhouse brand that bridges fashion and entertainment with a bold vision for talent development”. Today, Farah Models manages 26 of the country’s most promising models. Farah also founded Farah Models Camp, a hands-on training workshop where she personally coaches emerging talent – as she says, “all the models we scout are also trained via Farah Models Camp”. This reflects her leadership style: she builds her brand by empowering and mentoring others.
