Monday

• The fig tree cursed on the way into Jerusalem

• Fig tree lesson and mountain moving faith (Mark 11:12-25)

Friday

• Early trials – humiliation and beatings

• Pilate succumbs to the religious leaders/crowd’s demands

• Around 9:00 A.M., crucifixion begins

• Words from the cross; darkness

• Around 3:00 P.M. …. “It is finished!”

• Joseph of Arimathea and Nicodemus prepare the body and it is placed into the tomb. (Matthew 27:1-6; Luke 22:63 – Luke 23:56; John 18:28 – John 19:37)
