As inherent empaths it can be hard to say no, hard to find confidence in our inner voice, and hard to place value amongst our outside world and our own needs. Through bringing awareness to your own needs, desires, and goals it becomes more natural to choose actions and words that better align with a sustainable future. "Walking Your Why" is a phrase from the book "Emotional Agility" by Susan David. I was extremely touched by the content and decided to share some of it with you. This episode is all about understanding your unique values so you have more confidence to carry them out. We talk about self awareness, the inherent root of values, and attracting people and experiences that correspond to the way you want to live your life.
