Eating more veggies than a reach out for meat/fish/eggs is a good sign towards more fusion than fission reaction, and then more room-temperature water and milk/milk products is a better movement towards becoming caring humane beings whose fuse (threshold of tolerance) won't be lost to the detriment of their own commonsense or the health of others in the short run at least. #HealthierNaturalBreathing by my movement-less yoga is what would help them in the long run combined with getting their stories sorted out towards improving their cares to love to truelove on the truth path and then doing community harmonising activities, so they have #humanityacrossboundaries.
