Host Paul Metsa had a very interesting show that commemorated the 50th Anniversary of the sinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald. He spoke with his hometown friend Ray Fraboni who served on the Edmund Fitzgerald in 1969. He then told of the amazing night when he opened for Gordon Lightfoot in 1997 in Superior, WI where the Fitz sailed out of and chatted with Dawn Seagraves who was at that show. He then interviewed Rich Mattson and Germaine Gemberling at their Sparta Sound studio where Keith Secola’s record “Ranger” was recently recorded and played a couple of tracks from that, including Paul’s younger brother John’s song “Sunny Side of Life” which is included on the record
