If you read most articles on Walmart's acquisition of Jet.com for $3.3 billion, you're led to believe that the retail giant came away with a win out of their deal with Marc Lore and company. After all, Walmart.com's sales growth has grown significantly since the deal was made. But when you closely examine the details and circumstances surrounding the deal and Lore's tenure as CEO of Walmart US Ecommerce, the deal looks horrible.
