Walter L Smith is an Enviromental Engineer, a Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) and Principal at W. L. Smith & Associates Environmental Consulting which is a member of the International Society of Technical & Environmental Professionals (INSTEP) and the Florida Brownfields Association (FBA). In 2016 Walter was a candidate for the Florida House of Representatives District 61.
