Walter Langley has been a firefighter in Weymouth for 28 years. He shares with Linda and Jay some of the things he's learned over the course of his career in the fire service. 

Walter openly discusses trauma's that he has faced in his own life, including the loss of his father at a young age. Walter's dad was a police officer who died in the line of duty. He also discusses duty trauma, the changes he's witnessed in how mental health is approached in first response, and his passionate hope to see further change lead to future progress.
