When actor Marlon Brando purchased the private atoll Teriaroa, near the islands of Tahiti and Moorea in French Polynesia, the famous actor described the island as “a pinch of land peeking out of the immensity of the Pacific Ocean.” This slice of paradise was an escape for Brando from the demands of Hollywood. It’s where he could spend quality time with his family and friends.
