Wanda Swain, a former high school English teacher, organizational development director, Human Resources professional and entrepreneur, Wanda is the founder of Piedmont HR. Wanda’s experience in the education, manufacturing, and healthcare environments provides the foundation for her successful coaching and leadership development practice. Wanda enjoys helping individuals and groups identify and accomplish their goals. She is the past president of Triad Coaching Connection and a mentor for the UNCG Bryan School of Business MBA Capstone program.
