Support the showWelcome back to Wandering Yogi Podcast! In this episode, I'm talking about yoga in action, specifically through the philosophies of satya/truthfulness, seva/service, and dharma/purpose.
Yoga on the mat is great, and offers opportunities for personal transformation. The beauty of yoga, though, is that this transformation doesn’t just stay on the mat. As yoga practitioners, we have a duty to embody what we’ve learned on the mat and make a difference out in the world. Let's dive into honesty, service, and purpose to reflect on how to put yoga into action!
