Wandile is an Obama Leader, an architect, and the founder of Grindtea.com—a peer-to-peer rating platform that helps women and POC discover workplaces where they are truly valued. He leverages his design background to create a 'home' for individuals from diverse backgrounds to come together and collaboratively make informed decisions about their future workplaces. AIAS members who rate their companies and mention that they are AIAS members in the comment section of the rating platform have a chance to win a free ticket to the forum.
