当孙力军政治团伙重要成员之一、“江苏政法虎”王立科被一审的20天之后，当年在辽宁公安厅提拔他为自己副手的老上级李文喜也被送上了法庭。两人的犯罪金额分别为4.4亿和5.46亿。从被开始调查的时间顺序看，李文喜退休多年后又被揪出，很可能是王立科“戴罪立功”的结果。
