I'm a former competitive gymnast and track athlete whose focus was on short distance running and sprints. That's it! So, if you eve said to yourself, "I hate running," or "I'll never be a runner," or "I can't do this, it's too hard," trust me...I've been there. If I can become a runner (and run a half marathon, btw) so can you!
