Hello! Today I’m chatting with Christy Osborne, author of the book Love Life Sober, and co-host of the But Jesus Drank Wine! podcast, and we talk about both of our journeys to sobriety (mine was accidental!). We are talkin’ sobriety and God.

Her new book Live Life Sober: A 40-Day Alcohol Fast to Rediscover Your Joy, Improve Your Health, and Renew Your Mind, is an approach to sobriety that is God and gospel-centered, focusing on how important it is to find fulfillment in God instead of alcohol (otherwise, we will just replace the vice with another!) and a gentle, grace filled approach.
