This was a fun episode to record. I chat about how I had to work at overcoming personal barriers to creativity stemming from perfectionism and self-doubt, exacerbated by family dynamics and societal expectations. Phew. The pressure we put on ourselves, right? 

This episode delves into how creativity fosters happiness, strengthens intuition, and serves as a critical pathway to personal growth, self-acceptance, and the cultivation of a growth mindset. It does do all that? Yes! 

Moreover, the episode touches on strategies to bypass creativity blocks and the importance of approaching creativity with a sense of play and experimentation. Bring back the kid's energy! 

I'll share personal anecdotes to illustrate these points, encouraging you to permit yourself to explore creativity without the pressure of perfection, ultimately contributing to a richer, more joyful life experience.
