The work of God requires leaders who have been gripped by vision. Vision must be instilled deep within the soul of the worker, which expresses itself through hard work, dogged perseverance, a servant's heart and a life disciplined in prayer. May God raise up workers who have been filled with the burden of the Lord, who will see his work through to the end!
